Why is Obama Administration Spending $433 Million on Experimental Smallpox Drug When Last Case was in 1949?

This is the kind of thing that makes me want to go “old school” on Obama in the backyard of the lie-house!  Yank an extension cord out of a socket and commenced ta’ whoopin’ his ASS! writes;

There’s hasn’t been a case of smallpox in the U.S. in 62 years. But that hasn’t stopped the Obama administration from awarding a $433 million deal to a company to produce an antidote for the non-existent disease—a company whose controlling shareholder is a major Democratic donor. Billionaire Ronald Perelman, one of the world’s richest men and a longtime Democratic Party supporter, owns stock in Siga Technologies Inc., which received the smallpox drug contract over the objections of specialists in the Department of Health and Human Services. When the department’s lead negotiator for the deal objected to Siga’s financial demands, senior administration officials had him replaced, according to the Los Angeles Times.  The administration also blocked other companies from bidding on the work, resulting in Siga getting a non-competitive contract.  Siga is expected to deliver 1.7 million doses of the smallpox remedy to the government in case there’s ever a bioterror attack.  The last time an American was diagnosed with the disease was 1949, and the last case of naturally occurring smallpox anywhere in the world was in Somalia in 1977.  As David Willman wrote in the LA Times wrote: “There is no credible evidence that any other country or a terrorist group possesses smallpox.”

You see?  Straight gangster!  Like MJ said; “All I gotta’ say is they don’t really care about us“.  So are you ready to “Kick Them All Out“, yet?  Ron Paul, Ralph Nader nor any other person is going to fix a damn thing– don’t you get it yet?  This mess was not designed to be “fixed”.  We need to find our collective nuts and “KICK THEM ALL OUT“… not just a few.  Remember our “good buddy”, Jack Abramoff?  I believe he’s atoned a wee bit for his dirty deeds by sharing with the world how this sick monster actually works.  He alone should MOTIVATE THE HELL OUT OF EVERY FRIGGIN’ BODY!!!

So who is this Ronald Perelman and why is he alone allowed a no-bid for some shit we don’t actually need?

Well… besides being Ellen Barkins’ ex, he’s a billionaire cigar monopoly kingpin and head of the Revlon cosmetics giant who just happens to be Jewish, just like Warren Buffet.  Nothing suspicious about that of course unless your name appears on the Bilderberg, Trilateral Commission or the CFR’s attendees list.  Since Warren has been in attendance, one has to consider the circle he “hangs with”.  In any event… you’ve got to wonder how a “cigar kingpin and make-up giant” was awarded such a “scientific” contract.  A no-bid contract at that.  If Obama’s administration wants to give 433 million to one person (a billionaire, no less) with “no prior experience” for some shit we don’t need… hell– I think I qualify!

    • So I suppose the threat of a smallpox attack is coming from Russia now? Ass-merica has so many enemies don’t we? It’s absurd to say there’s a threat when only two countries have this shit. Seems everyone has “played fair” in this except ass-merica and Russia. I could see holding on to it for a period because smallpox was some nasty shit and you definitely want to discover an antidote. But the last reported case? 1978 by Dr.’s in LABS! One Dr. actually committed suicide because of the guilt. Oh yeah– that was here, not Russia. So exactly where is the threat coming from? Why would we (either of us) hold on to a virus that eradicated 62 years ago? I tend to agree with this statement;

      Destroying smallpox virus stocks is not only the last step in the great achievement of eradicating the disease; it is the single most important thing that the international community can do to ensure that it never appears again. By making possession of the virus a crime against humanity, any future attempt to recreate the virus through biotechnology methods would meet international condemnation and sanction.

      I say if there is ever a smallpox resurgence… the U.S. did it. And Halliburton is the no-bid king of the hill, but there are others who land those sweet deals too. Just look at this guy. 😉

      And I promise you– if I ever see Obama, I will take off my belt and start whoopin’ his ass!
