I think this is one of those debates that will go on until the end of time no matter how legitimate it is to question authority. I’ve had 3 arguments yesterday about this subject. I, who obviously believes this is a farce and the others (like most of the population) that will get so bent out of shape when you’re trying to present facts– makes it absurd when you’re seeking real dialogue on such serious matters. With some, things can get blown out of proportion. Well, not for me, I’m confident in my conclusion therefore nothing riles me during a debate.
Here’s what led to my latest blow up with a friend (who can’t agree to disagree especially) when he can’t disprove facts. I call that poor debate etiquette and bad sportsmanship but the headline reads: “Report: Bin Laden Already Dead” dated December 26, 2001. Here’s an excerpt:
Bin Laden, according to the source, was suffering from a serious lung complication and succumbed to the disease in mid-December, in the vicinity of the Tora Bora mountains. The source claimed that bin Laden was laid to rest honorably in his last abode and his grave was made as per his Wahabi belief.
Although short, it’s still presented as a true account with witnesses and the whole sha-bang. Why we are eating up this garbage of his death occurring Sunday at 10:30pm EST (officially announced) as if DNA could possibly be analyzed and evaluated in less than 24 hours and a “ta-rah-rah” send off of an ocean burial for “america’s #1 combatant”, is bonkers! This is the kind of shit that makes me want to throw my hands up and say; ‘fuck ya’ll, dumbasses” for entertaining this garbage for one second! Seriously… whattsamattayou?!!! The first biggest lie ever perpetrated upon the american public was 9/11 (in our lifetime) and now we are witnessing the second. If they pull this off then I’ll know we’re finished. I guess it’s true what Hitler said after all; “Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it”. That sick fucka ain’t never lied! History is definitely repeating itself. Here’s the LINK for the full article which was again, published on December 26, 2001. Here’s the direct link should they ever wise up to the fact that they’ve already published this: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,41576,00.html
As far as the burial at sea, well, here’s what can easily be found if you dig on your own, plus I chatted with Adil, my “son” (he’s actually a friend I met overseas that’s from Pakistan) in Dubai and he confirmed this:
“It is preferred for a Muslim to be buried where he or she died, and not be transported to another location or country (which may cause delays or require embalming the body). If available, a cemetery (or section of one) set aside for Muslims is preferred. The deceased is laid in the grave (without a coffin if permitted by local law) on his or her right side, facing Mecca.” The only faith I’ve discovered that does a burial at sea is Buddhism although not widely practiced anymore. And remember Uday and Qusay Hussein? They were embalmed and held before burial 11 days. The argument of not wanting his grave site to become a shrine is easily avoidable by making it an unmarked grave, wouldn’t it? Some Muslim scholars claim this broke Sharia Law but hey– it’s your government (and media), they are trustworthy.
