According to NaturalNews.com; “Anticipating a nationwide grassroots surge of protests against naked body scanners and aggressive pat-downs, the TSA simply turned off its naked body scanners on Wednesday and let air travelers walk right through security checkpoints without being X-rayed or molested.” That’s right, folks! According to this and a few other articles I’ve read, they just turned the damn things off!!! Now… what does that tell you? Yet another big hoax perpetrated upon the public. One traveler wrote: “Backscatter scanners are off. No scan. No patdown.” reported a traveler from the Seattle airport. And here’s one from L.A.; “Backscatter machines aren’t being used at LAX,” reported another traveler. “They’re all roped off.”
The RawStory.com article reads in part; “Several travelers reported on social networking sites that Lambert Airport in St. Louis also appears to have abandoned body scanners for the holiday, at least for some security line-ups.” “Metal detectors only and I watched them pat down an elderly woman and it was using the old methods, and a TSA agent stands between the line and the pat-down to block pictures and people being able to clearly see it,” reports a Reddit user. KMOV in St. Louis reported that passengers arriving from Dallas appeared to be under the impression that the TSA had stopped using the body scanners.”
Wouldn’t it appear that if this is truly a matter of “national security” there would certainly be more scrutiny rather than less? They can’t have it both ways. Very reminiscent of TSA’s initial lies about not being able to hold the images only later forced to come clean. This, like all things related to 9/11 is all about a small group of wealthy and powerful people (Chertoff/Napolitano and others) scaring the public in order to make billions of dollars while the vast majority of us are heading to the poor house. Reports show that the each Rapiscan (naked body scanner) costs approximately $125-175k each. SMH.
